Im Dorf lebten 1987 &#8211; zum Zeitpunkt dieser Fotoserie &#8211; etwa 300 bis 350 Menschen, die einerseits den Gebietsanspr\u00fcchen des Kohleabbaus als auch der Luftverschmutzung durch die Verbrennungsschlote des nahe gelegenen Kraftwerks trotzen mussten. Dennoch traf ich auf erstaunlich gesch\u00e4ftige und mir gegen\u00fcber offene Menschen, die hier am Rande der Gesellschaft wohnten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 12px;\">Die Aufnahmen entstanden mit
